Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-10-07
By using Timone (timone.dev) you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
The service
Timone is in early access: it runs on a single server, has no uptime guarantee and may change or be interrupted. Free containers expire after a few hours. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot lose; container files are temporary unless you use a database or a template with persistent storage.
Your account and content
- You are responsible for your account, your tokens and what you deploy.
- You keep all rights to your code and data. You give us permission to store and run them to provide the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use Timone to:
- run malware, phishing, spam or anything illegal;
- attack or scan other systems, or try to escape the isolation between users;
- mine cryptocurrency or run AI/ML training or inference workloads (there is no GPU and they are blocked);
- exceed the resources of your plan or abuse the platform in a way that affects other users.
We may stop or delete resources that break these rules, with or without notice when there is a security risk.
Plans and billing
Plans and limits are shown in the dashboard and can change. There is no automatic billing yet; paid plans are assigned manually. We will tell you before anything starts to cost money.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, downtime or indirect damages.
